• Use tools correctly
• Troubleshoot efficiently

2. SAFETY & PROTECTION (Section 2.1)

Electrical Safety

• Never open a PSU (risk of shock).
• Disconnect power before working inside a PC.
• Use one hand when working near live circuits (prevents shock path across the chest).

Physical Safety

• Keep workspace clean.
• Don’t block ventilation.
