🛠 Team Work Session (30–35 min)

Each Dev Team works in assigned roles:

Role Thursday Task
Project Manager (PM) Confirm team goal and keep all members on task. Record testing checklist.
Survey Designer (UX Lead) Review question clarity, spelling, bias. Update labels if needed.
Data Architect (GIS Lead) Configure correct data types (text, integer, map point). Run a live test submission.
Visual Designer (UI/Comms Lead) Format titles, choose icons or themes for presentation tomorrow.
Researcher / Reporter Prepare a short verbal summary explaining the purpose and data type rationale.
