π― Learning Intention
I will explore project management tools (task lists, Kanban boards, and Gantt charts) and practice using them to organize a project.
β
Success Criteria
- [ ] I can describe the purpose of task lists, Kanban boards, and Gantt charts
- [ ] I can organize a small project using at least one PM tool
- [ ] I can explain which tool might best fit my GIS mentorship role
π Why this matters
Projects get messy fast without organization. PM tools help you see what needs to be done, whoβs doing it, and when. Learning how to use these tools now will prepare you to lead real-world projects and mentor juniors more effectively.
