Wednesday (Workshop Wednesday) – Printers: Troubleshooting Lab
LI: I will practice diagnosing common printer problems.
SC: I can identify at least two common printer issues and propose solutions.
- Warm-Up: What do teachers say when the printer doesn’t work?
- Vocabulary: Driver, Network Queue, Toner.
- Demo: Simulate common printer errors (paper jam, driver not installed, offline printer).
- Workshop: Teams rotate through printer “scenarios” and log solutions in troubleshooting chart.
