π Why this matters
Good root cause analysis combines both qualitative (stories, opinions, experiences) and quantitative (numbers, counts, measurements) data. If you know the difference, you can design better surveys and get more useful results.
π Warm-Up (Tech Journal β’ 5 min)
Prompt: Imagine we want to study school Wi-Fi. Write two survey questions: one that would give us numbers, and one that would give us opinions.
